🔹 Procedure (As per Pack Instructions)

1. Select the site of venipuncture (Median Cubital Vein).

2. Collect blood using a multi-sample needle into the PRP tube.

3. Gently mix blood with anticoagulant after collection.

4. Centrifuge at 2100–2200 G (Recommended: 3700 RPM / 2147 G).

5. After centrifugation, plasma separates above the gel layer.

6. Two layers are obtained:

   • PRP – 75%

   • PPP – 25% of whole plasma
