Here in this video Dr. Mukesh Aggarwal talks on stress related hair loss. He tells life has become so fast that no one is spared from stress. This stress can become a cause of hair fall. Alopecia areata, Telogen effluvium and Trichotillomania are the three types of hair losses caused by stress. Many patches occur in alopecia areata. In telogen effluvium hair goes in talogen phase and begins to fall. Trichotillomania is a behavior disorder in which patient pulls out his hair with roots. Self-analysis can harm you so consult your doctor to know about your hair problem.
Dr Aggarwal tells that medicine can not help much to cure these disorders. An ideal life style, sound sleep of 7 to 8 hours, good water intake, meditation, regular exercises, balanced diet helps more to get ride off these disease.
