  1. Vitamin A, which forms sebum is found in carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, etc. Use this vitamin for healthy hair.

2. Vitamin C, which is very good for skin and helps in preventing dandruff, can be easily consumed by drinking lemon water and by eating citrus fruits. Vitamin E and essential fatty acids that make hair shiny and silky can be obtained from walnuts, almonds, and peanuts.

3. Vitamin B complex, zinc, biotin are other essential food components that can easily be obtained from whole grains. Dr. Aggarwal further says if a person includes all these components in his food, then he can get healthy and beautiful hair.
